I discovered hydro art during an Airbnb experience at Mayu Silk Art in Huntington Beach with a friend—and I was instantly hooked. Inspired by the process, I took their class, and from that incredible experience, Drip Drop Art LLC was born.

Hydro art, also known as water marbling, is an ancient technique dating back over 1,200 years. We’ve modernized it using non-toxic acrylic paint, making it safe, vibrant, and accessible for everyone. The process involves floating paint on a liquid surface, creating mesmerizing designs, and dipping items like silk, masks, and even shoes to transform them into one-of-a-kind pieces.
